Naam Posted May 3, 2008 Share Posted May 3, 2008 Somehow I had a feeling, U.S. would be lower but definitely higher than here! i was talking about Germany and not our home in the U.S. Beardog. because the exchange rate might cause a distortion i prefer to use kilowatts for a comparison. our home in Florida was nearly identical to our home in Thailand and we used approximately 22,000 kWh per annum. here in Thailand we use ~50% more. reason: we had a few months in FL when neither cooling nor heating was required.
