iam travelling to singapore soonish ( am currently in thailand on a 30 day visa exempt stamp) and was wondering if any knows if i can get a multi entry tourist visa for thailand from there......

Without a doubt yes. Not sure about cost as i ahve not gone there or had tourist visa for a while but from memory i think it was about $45.

I believe Vientiane has been the only consistent source of two entry tourist visas in the immediate area recently.

I don't believe there is such a thing as a "multi entry tourist visa".

singapore have stamped etc not to return, to a few and myselfe, i would have thought its not your best option however good luck and do lets us know how you get on.

Tourist visas are sold by number of entries allowed (one, two etc). There is a type called "multi entry" but that applies to non immigrant visas.
