earlofwindermere Posted April 25, 2008 Share Posted April 25, 2008 I have a staff member who is entitled to severance pay. She has worked part-time for us since 2005 on an hourly basis. She became full-time in Nov 2007. Does anyone have advice or suggestions on how to calculate severance pay? Does she get 3 full months or is it by a percent?
