Circled 13 On 2nd Tourist Visa From Laos

Hi All,

I recently posted saying that I had messed up with the dates on my 2nd entry on my 1st double entry visa from Vientaine in LAOS. I decided against going back to Maesot for my 2nd 30 day run, and have just returned from Vientaine with a new double entry TV. I have now had 4 single entrys and 2 double's from Vientaine.

What I noticed though, when I cleared thai immigration, the lady had put a circled 13 under the stamp.......In my previous passport, I have had circled 1's, 2's, and 3's but never 13. Does anybody know what this means?.

Perhaps a scan of the stamp may help. Is it possible that you've confused the stamp for a Thai signature?

The signature goes through the stamp....the lady as also stamped TR on top of the entry stamp. Underneath is the circled 13, and writing my wife says is not thai and we both agree it says M'SA.

M'SA followed by a couple of scribbles and the circled 13.

Hi Lopburi,

I did my 1st visa except on 25th March at Maesot..if you can recall I posted saying they wouldn't give me my 60 day 2nd entry on double TV as I was a day late.

Maybe I will call them and ask them. I'm sure I have their number.

Will post response when I get answer.
