Hello, I have quoted 38,000 baht for painting a self-built house (5 rooms).

What is the market price?

Sounds a bit OTT to me. I don't know how much paint costs here, but go and buy it yourself and then hire 4 or 5 guys from the local building site to do it. 1,000 for labour, and maybe 10-15k for paint and supplies.

for a house of 5 rooms nobody would paint you for 1000 sorry!

5 ro0ms about 100sqm(10x10) and walls high 2,50 is the outside !! 250qm , so you can find somebody for 25 baht-40 baht sqm if paint 3 times ( bse +2 timepaint). if its in issan maybe 20baht sqm.

if you hire people calculate 5 days work a 3 people 15 days x 200/300 for outside
