Dear Op,

The above comment was from a rare yet insideous tribe known as the grumpy old farts. :o They spend hours every day trawling these forums as they have nothing better to do. He didn't of course see you had only 15 posts and may not yet have achieved his high ranking in grumpiness or even be aware of the search function.

I read this a bit and I've never seen that subject come up so a good question. Plenty of Taekwondo, there is another that teaches a type of Bumese as well. Use the search at the top of the page to check if no one else responds.

i know a rare martial art known as Som Tam Poo. Basically you eat a lot of som tam, and then you crap yourself, and then no one wants to go near you.

I'm a brown belt.

I am new at this but thanks Nienke and Gravelrash for your assistance and information. And also thanks to search tool

Don't suppose there are any places where you can train in more "Western" styles, like submission, bjj ???

I used to know a gal downtown that wore a lot of leather and carried a whip. I'll see if she is still around. BB would have mentioned her but is still" on the road" getting to the BBQ

Colonelsing,

Here's a link to my Senseis web site who's teaching AIKIKAI Aikido in Chiangmai now.

http://www.geocities.jp/yokosuka111/

Try to contact him (his e-mail is on that site) and just let him know that the Pattaya Aikikai has recommended you to contact him.

Good luck ...
