What is the best day to exchange cash ?

I avoid weekends as the exchange rates freezes but wonder if Monday when the markets first open are considered a good day or mid week.

Anytime except Friday afternoon. P.O.E.T.S. day. We used to be useless in The City then (London).

The BEST day to exchange is when the rate is 55 to the dollar,,,,,,,,until then any day is OK
