Hi All,

I’m based in the UK and applying to the Liverpool Consulate for a Non O single entry visa based on visiting my wifes family. Can anyone tell me what additional paperwork I need to send with my passport other than our marriage certificate. It's not that clear on the form.

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the replies so far, the Liverpool Consulate doesn't ask for a self declaration form, so I assume they don’t want one. I’ll send our marriage certificate and a copy of my wife ID.

Cheer all

OK, Just in case anyone else wants to know I rang the Liverpool Thai Consulate. To apply for a Non O single entry (probably the same for multi), the only thing I had to forward with my passport was my Marriage Certificate (If It’s a Thai Marriage Certificate it must be translated into English).

Cheers everyone
