Phone Number For Suwanabhumi Immigration Office?

Featured Replies

A few days ago I read a post by someone who was very pleased with the service at the new-ish airport immigration office. He included the telephone number and also the number of the Novotel Hotel where it's located. Can't find the post again, and wondering if anyone has the phone number(s) or know which post they were in?

Thanks!

Silly me! Just found it.... should have looked longer/harder.

Maybe someone can enlighten me about the immigration desk at the Novotel, Suvarnabhumi. I went there on Monday the 25th of May. The guard at the gate told me that immigration was closed, but would reopen on the 28th of May. I show up today, the 29th of May and the desk is closed. This was at 1600 hours and the posted closing time is 1630. There was a placard on the desk explaining that this office would be closed from the 11th of May to the 28th of May. If I don't report by tomorrow, then I am liable for a fine. Why should any immigration office be closed for 17 days? I live near the airport and I have received very courteous and fast service here before. Well as I said to all the staff at the hotel: my mood is broken! I leave next week for a holiday, so stuff the 90 day reporting. I have lived here for over 4 years and I have always tried to be legal, but I am not going to Suan Phluu tomorrow.
