I have mate here in Bangkok whose condo complex get the NRL through a satellite provider , not True (UBC), as do some of the bars in Sukumvit. I dont like your chances in Chiang Rai. He is out of the country at the moment. Only suggestion I have is you ring THE OFFICE pub in Sukumvit and ask them the provider or at the very worst get the score updates on news.com.au or buy a plane ticket ! go you blues !
