bkkblueeyes Posted May 19, 2008 Share Posted May 19, 2008 Yeah I call friends and business associates there often. When I use my cell I use 009 to exit then 82 for S. Korea country code. I don’t fuss around with call rate so I am not sure witch one is the cheapest. But they seem to be all good. Using 009 to exit seems to be cheaper then dialing 001.
