Anyone Finding True *really* Flaky Tonight ?

Featured Replies

My ADSL has been dropping out all night for no apparent reason...just curious if anyone else is having problems.

Yes! Finally got sick of it and switched to my back-up dial-up connection.

Seems that CAT have problems with it's international link. All ISP's have problems this evening. I am using CS-Loxinfo and it's dropping all the time.

I'm getting record speeds right now with true, but was a bit flaky moments ago and throughout the day.

I've had no problems during the day - but it lost the connection twice in the last hour and a half, and it stayed down for a couple of minutes each time.

problems yesterday could have been caused by upgrades/re-configuring? I have been gettin 100KB/s + all day :o

I am with True and my Outlook will not connect

to my ISP email servers.

Test/Debug shows it finds them ok, but

cannot log in. UN and PW are set okay.

Been going on for 2 days now ........

I have had problems with True for the past few days as well. For a while local websites could be accessed just fine, no intenational ones however. Must be technical work on the international connections.

It doesn't seem to be a problem of CAT's international links, but in the 646Mbps link from True to CAT.

When somethings wrong with that link, all their international traffic gets routed to a 45Mbps link to Korea and a 4Mbps link to Japan. Thats a fallback to about 7,5% of their normal bandwidth. This might slow down things a bit :o

Ji-net's adsl service didn't slow down for a moment...
