Teenage Gang Allegedly Shoots Up Motor Vehicle

Police from Soi 9 station assisted by soldiers from Sattahip were called out to block of vacant land near a popular Thai-style pub off Third Road in North Pattaya at around 6:00 on Saturday morning following a complaint about a motor vehicle that had been intentionally damaged by gunfire.

A number of bullet holes were evident in the chassis of the car and one rear tyre had been deflated because of a bullet hole. The 37-year-old Thai male owner of the car explained to officers he had become involved in a verbal argument with a gang of teenagers on motorbikes earlier in the night. He believed they had waited until he went inside the pub and then used a weapon or weapons to damage his vehicle.

Should we be worried that the original argument was "earlier in the night" prior to the gent going into the pub and then the report was at 6.00am, presumably when the car owner left the pub. It does not auger well for his state were he to drive said car. :o

I find it interesting that his car can get shot up, and nobody notices anything (or reports any shooting) until 6 am the next day.

I also find it interesting that there were "numerous" bullet holes, yet no broken glass. Only a flat tire and (from the photos) the one shot under the driver's side mirror (and possibly another under the rear windshield).

Pretty piss poor shooting (or whould that be Pretty Poor Pissed Shooters ?) :o
