Gents,

I'll be heading back to UK for a couple of months in June.

I used to have non-Immigrant B and WP then forgot my re-entry permit at Suvanabhumi last year so had to start from scratch.

SO Last summer whilst I was in the Uk I got a non-Imm B.....

But for the past year I've had the non immigrant B but no WP!

I don't actually work in Thailand just have a company that owns a plot of land.

If I was to apply for non-Imm B again in the UK, but not apply for WP, is this gonna end in tears ?

Cheers,

Sleesy.

How easy do you tear up? Don't believe there will be cause however if you can provide the same paperwork as last time. But it is not clear if you showed a WP last time or not; or if it were required by the Consulate you used. Perhaps if you provide the Consulate name and what you have for documents recent travelers can advise better.

Hi Lopburi3,

I used the Embassy in London and provided :

Company Documents,

a letter on my Company Letterhead signed by me

a covering letter from solicitors McEvily & Collins

I was more concerned on the validity/legality of being in Thailand on a non-Immigrant B without a WP but being Director/Shareholder in MY company...

Although I don't actually do ANY work...

Cheers

Believe you are legal as long as you do not work. But if you have to sign any paperwork that would be work. So you might want to sign that paper on Company Letterhead while outside of Thailand.
