In addition, be sure to keep a copy  of your 90-day report, the old/current one, I scan mine.

And be sure to keep the postal receipt for your EMS mailing to Suan Plu.  Note, I use EMS not registered mail.  You can track the EMS on line, down to the signature of the person who signs for it at Immigration.

Don't panic, it might  well takd 10 days or more to get a new 90-day receipt back from them.

I usually mail mine in 3-4 days prior to the due date.

If you look at the form that they send to you when they return your 90 day Report, They have removed the confusing line "Copy of all passport pages (up to the latest arrival stamp in the Kingdom or latest visa stamp)" and also the statement of "Copy of arrival/departure card TM. 6 (front and back) " Since the TM.6 is now blank on the back after they changed it some time ago.

This is copied from the checklist that arrived this Friday together with my 90 Day Report.

THE DOCUMENTS TO NOTIFY OF STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS BY REGISTERED MAIL.

1. Photocopy Of The Photo Page In Your Passport.

2. Photocopy Of Your Current Visa (Last Visa) On Your Passport.

3. Photocopy Of Your Departure Card (TM.6)

4. Photocopy Of The Last Entry Stamp.

5. Original Receipt Of Notification.

6. Original Of Your New 90 Days Registration Form. Don't Forget To Sign Your Name (TM.47)

7. A Stamped, Self Addressed Envelope To Receive Your New Receipt. (10 Baht Stamp Attached)
