ขอให้เซ็นต์คริสโตเฟอร์จงคุ้มครองพวกเรา

Ive been given several conflicting translations!

Thanks

i dare say the differing translations come from trying to translate word for word as oppossed to the intent of what it says, i would translate it as, saint christopher protect you.

like you desetexile i would be interested in what others have to input.

I would go for something along these lines "May (lit. I ask that) St. Christopher protect all of us.

As per Thai2English คุ้มครอง could also legitimately be guard ; defend ; preserve instead of protect.

Saint Christopher protect us?

เซ็นต์คริสโตเฟอร์; is definitely the thai spelling of "Saint Christopher" (patron saint of travelers).

As Saint Christopher is the Patron Saint of Travel I would translate คุ้มครอง as "guide" or "escort".

"Saint Christopher guide/escort us."

"Saint Christopher guide/escort us."

I'll side with that.
