Can anyone advise as to which office this would be on 'Pubic Record'? please. ie, if someone were to sling up a condominium next door to your house, although I believe that no-one could lodge an 'objection' to this here (as is possible in the UK for instance), where would you be able to see what Planning Permission has been granted for?
