Appeciate any advice you can give.thanks Al You'll probably get more accurate information from others but I would think you should expect to pay between Bht 10,000 and 25,000 per rai depending upon location and access. I'll agree with the bottom price 10,000, but it could go as high as 50,000

June 12, 200818 yr The bottom price 10.000 is usually land not really fit for growing rice. Either difficult to harvest with machines or dry, far away from fresh water (more fit for Eucalyptus trees). For fertile land, fit for growing rice, expect prices ranging between 30000-50000 baht.
