Children And Partners Visa

Recommended Posts

I would be very grateful anybody could shed any light on the options for us.

I have a registered Thai company with capital for one work permit (for myself) and I appreciate thanks to the depth of this forum that a multiple entry visa is the route for me. I have assets both in Thailand and in the UK but would like to minimise the re-entry requirements of my partner and two young children. Unfortunately a retirement visa is not an option for me yet. Thanks in advance.

I m not sure about your condition as you don't have a long entry 1 year permit ! For the persons holding 1 year extended entry can have their wives and children accompany them until the length of his stay.Any thai consulate will issue them an O visa and once they are in the kingdom you have to go to immigration and have their visas sync with your visa.

About your case,I think you can't get your family that type of visa.
