Ip Camera

Featured Replies

I connect my camera to control my shop from remote. But I understand i cannot access from the internet.

I can use within my ethernet or wifi connection but not outside.

Somebody suggest is a router problem, but I understand is a provider (Hinet) or CAT Telecom problem because with a TOT connection the camera work fine. I try to port forward but the problem remains. I'm not so expert and then I ask somebody's help.

if you have a dynamic IP address - it gets renewed every 24 hours , so you need to set a dyndns to be updated by your router - see www.dyndns.org

also you will need to forward the port you wish to connect to from the internet across your router to the IP cam - see www.portforward.com and find the instructions for your router
