Any idea where I can buy Echinacea in any kind of form. I think the old immune system needs a bit of a boost.

Having a hard time beating off a bacterial infection in my throat even though I've been eating mostly vegetables and fruit for the past few days.

Or any other herb that's good for bacterial throat infections.

Almost all of the better pharmacies in Chiang Mai carry it. Blackmores Echinacea Forte 3000 always did the trick for me, and you can find that everywhere, including Lotus, Carrefore, PharmaChoice, etc.

It's more expensive than you can find on line, but you can have it your body in a matter of minutes rather than days. Which is worth more to you; your health or your money? :o
