Almost all of the better pharmacies in Chiang Mai carry it. Blackmores Echinacea Forte 3000 always did the trick for me, and you can find that everywhere, including Lotus, Carrefore, PharmaChoice, etc.

It's more expensive than you can find on line, but you can have it your body in a matter of minutes rather than days. Which is worth more to you; your health or your money?
