I saw some horses beside an express way. Maybe they are wild. I am not sure. At least I dont think I can ride them home.

There is an equestrian club in Pakkret, nonthaburi

Not sure on the contact details but ISB may know something about it as I think it has something to do with them

The club at Pakkret is an equestrian club. About 40 mins on the expressway from downtown.

You could try asking at the Royal Polo Club in Lumpini.

It's a 5 min walk down Soi Plukchit (opp. Soi Ngam Duphlee off Rama IV).
