Hello,

I was wondering if anybody here knew about the tax incentive offered by Royal Decree No. 437. It states that companies that spend money on training their staff can have those expenses become tax deductible at 200% of the actual expense.

I recently started a management training company and I cannot find anybody to guide me on whether I need to get some sort of certification done for my company to provide this benefit to my customers. Is there any procedure at all? Or can I just give my invoice to the customer and they can just put in their 200% when doing their taxes?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
