Pitiful Maxnet Speeds Recently

Featured Replies

I've had MaxNet's 2048/512 Premier package for about six months here in East Pattaya (Khao Noi), and it's been great up until about a month ago. Recently, it's been disconnecting, and reconnecting at will, and has been struggling to reach even the 1Mbit speed threshold. To save money, I changed my plan to the new 2048/1024 (going from 2,700/month to 1,090/month), and have found speed is still extremely pitiful.

Has anyone else in this area been experiencing horrible Maxnet speeds recently?

I'm not in Pattaya, but I suggest you get your line checked because I'm on Maxnet's "Indy" 1024 mbps (now upgraded 3 times to 4096 mbps) and tonight I've been getting torrent downloads of over 400k bytes/sec. At one point, it reached 460kB/s. Incredible!

Of course, you may just be unlucky and have every other subscriber on your line downloading huge amounts of data.
