Im looking for Soybean Meal (gàak tùa lĕuang - กากถั่วเหลือง).

This is the material left over after oil has been pressed out of the beans.

It probably gets used for animal feed.

Im need a source in the Chiang Mai area.

Or if you know where there is a factory that makes oil from Soybean in Chiang Mai area.

Thanks

I think tofu is made from ground whole Soybean,

Im after what is left after oil extraction.

Im looking for about 500 kg, & a low price to match.

Anyone know where all the soybeans go that are grown in the North ??

Soysauce ! :o Sorry PL couldnt resist...

Thai produced soy beans are mainly sold as green soy beans, Most of the soy meal is imported from US (about 2 mill tons per annum)
