Spring forward, Fall back - clocks go back this weekend

MANY COUNTRIES NOW HAS "WINTER TIME"

We would like to remind the general public that "Winter time" has occured this morning, Sunday 31 October, 2004.

Clocks and watches should be put back one hour at that time.
