flip Posted June 25, 2008 Share Posted June 25, 2008 (edited) Looking already quite long time for a nice/decent house in Rawai/Naiharn area (Chalong as well..) up to max. 15000 Baht a month, longterm, AC, phone line, garden, 2 or 3 beds + 2 baths (or 1 also possible) For me privacy is quite important, so detached house... was going around many times already but didnt really find something nice... All nice houses I found are quite expensive(around 20000 Baht/month) or bad located, extreme greedy landlord etc. Is there no chance to get a nice 2/3 bedroom house with garden anymore for this money?? Any recommendations? thnks a lot Yesterday I saw some pretty nice rentals on Soi Samakee 2. Do you know where that is? If coming down the hill from Kata toward Nai Hairn, there is a hard right hand turn that straightens out at Icon Pub. Instead of doing the right go straight, that is Samakee 2.
