Jared Posted June 25, 2008 Share Posted June 25, 2008 Ive got dual lcds and this morning, the second screen decided to turn completely White. Its the older screen, Philips 19'' and its coming up to 2 years old. Ive tried everything to get it working again including swapping outputs on the computer with the first monitor so i know it is a monitor problem. ballbreaker Posted June 25, 2008 Share Posted June 25, 2008 Should be repairable in of out of warranty. Check you warranty and see how long covered and location of service center in Thailand. I had a different brand I brought in from the U.S. some years ago that failed at 1 year on a 3 year warranty and its was repaired in Thailand no problem.
