taxexile Posted November 3, 2004 Share Posted November 3, 2004 the night boat is a miserable craft , used by only the meanest of backpackers and other desperados , you are wise to avoid it. there are boats up to 7 or 8 pm from don sak , which is an hour by car from surat. the company that runs them is called "seatran" and they have a website with a timetable. www.seatran.co.th Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

sbk Posted November 4, 2004 Share Posted November 4, 2004 Raja Ferry also runs from Don Sak to Samui and their last boat is also 7pm. Have you already purchased your ticket with Thai? Because Bangkok Air now offers an online deal for a ticket for 2500 b to Samui. Or if you get the first flight of the day or the last flight of the day, 2000 b.
