Public Holidays In November

Hi all,

I was surfing through the Malaysian news and looks like there will be a long holiday somewhere around this month. Does anyone have any idea when is it? As this is a good information for those planning to go to Penang or KL for their visas in November.

I reckon it's something called 'Lebaran' starting on 13 November and ending on 22 November.

But why do u fancy going there, since most holidaymakers (from there) will be visiting Thailand ?

The Eid al Fitr holiday follows the end of Ramadan in Muslim countries like Malaysia. Here in the Gulf Ramadan will end on 14 Nov., a Sunday. If likewise in Malaysia figure the rest of the following week will be off for most Malaysians.
