Can someone confirm the following for me:

My new company is likely to trade under the VAT registration threshold of 1,200,000 baht per year turnover, and therefore is not required to register for VAT. In this scenario is it still possible to obtain a non-imm B visa annual extension of stay (based on business) for an employed director (who already possesses WP)? I read people posting that one of the requirements asked for is that the business is VAT registered, but I have no business-based reason to register.
