Non O Penang

Hi all

Is it still possible to get a 1 year Non O visa based on marriage in Penang. I have Non O multiple visa now from my home country.

KL is probably the best chance but some seem to have used Penang. You should have the normal copy of marriage certificate/wife id card/her home register. I would also have note from her asking for the visa to be issued and a passbook to a Thai bank account to prove you have some source of funds.

I have just recently done yet another Non Imm B renewal in KL and as ever had no worries at all. The guy in the queue near me was with his Thai wife doing his Non imm O, an i did indeed see him the next day collecting his visa, so i assume as long as you take al the right papers etc, you will be A OK sir!
