Nope - you should get the right visa (business visa): though most folk just turn up and get their 30 day exemption (issued at the airport).

Thanks, forgot to add and write that i'm married with thai. so can i do what i do with a non O visa?

Buying goods in Thailand does not need a work permit and any type of visa is accepted, just make sure that you are staying legally.
