DL Media only +R, I haven't seen other and a friend of mine who's importing Medias, didn't import them because they are to bad (he told)!

I too, haven't seen dual layer -R's anywhere, but I wouldn't have any use for them anyway. From what I have been told, +R provide multisession recording, but -R does not. I'm assuming that your recorder only supports -R, but if it does support both -R and +R, I would recommend that you go with the +R.
