Do you have a mold or are you wishing to hand shape then vacuum bag?

I assume epoxy? Only surf boards are made out of polyester still, everyone else has already gone to stiffer/lighter/more expensive epoxy or at a push vinylester.

I can direct you to some boat builders who may be willing to do this sort of job; I don't quite understand though your manufacturing process and shaping procedure.

If you have the blanks shaped in a decent foam then that is probably easiest. Are you even here now?

I take it you are going to produce 20 and then ship to sell in 1 container. Which country>?
