I don't know if it qualifies as a 'hardcore' gym, but you can't beat the price.

July 29, 200818 yr Author wat? pass central so often.. never seen it... towards kathu, phuket town or chalong? theres definately no advertising that would be close to my house, id like it very much seeing your avatar, is there some QUALITY nutrition shop around the island? I used to do amateur bodybulding when i was younger and id love to get back in it... What about Pro-hormones in thailand? or even almost useless stuff like 6-oxo(worked pretty decently with my body) Also some good quality whey protein+casein protein i got my protein last year from GNC, it sucked.. GNC is a crapbag to buy from there is an awesome nutrition store in bkk called "Vitamin Shop" they offer either free shipping or very very cheap shipping (20-40B) MUSCLE MILK ALL THE WAY
