Your company produce 100,000 tonnes of cheese a year? And you're in total control?

I am not sure if they supply in Phuket, but there is a local premium cheese supplier in Bangkok, and i know they make Ricotta cheese, try them and maybe they can help.

I know they supply they cheese to hotels and restaurants in Bangkok not sure if the provinces as well.

Their name is: HomeMade-Cheese Co.

and you can contact them through their website:
