whent to immigration today for advise. my 90 day report is due on the 9 aug my extension on 30aug. my question was which one do i do/both and or. he looks and says you can renew your extension now if you want. so trying to keep abreast of the possibilities i had taken some paperwork on a guess. ok i,ll do that please he checks the paper work and says fill in form 7 and see that man over there. ok we get form 7 fill it in, in the meantime wife gets a service ticket. no movement on the desks so start to watch procedures out of boredom. notice the man stapling photos on a a4. bells right away. say to wife go check if we need photos. yep we need photos of wifes business and map of same. so try again later. ah well it beats boredom.

1. At what immigration office was this? For an extension of stay for retirement it is unusual to be asked for photos of your wife's business. They don't even need to know that your wife has a business.

Also it has to be his income not his Wifes.

I suspect he is applying for an extension based on Marriage and is a bit confused.
