I have no problem at all with that article, what I am surprised is however their main concern about overstayers. My problem was or would be that an immigration officer handles or applies immigration law differently. TIT.

August 6, 200817 yr The comment about having your picture taken by an immigration official and fingerprints for visa extensions is interesting. You already submit an up to date photo on your extension application. Will just have to wait & see for next years retirement extension.
