Hi there.

We are arriving in Bangkok from Mumbai August 27th., with a connecting flight to Chiang Mai 2 hours later. Both with Thai Airways

Our luggage will be checked in straight from Mumbai to Chiang Mai, but, do we have to go through immigration in Bangkok or Chiang Mai or both?

Immigrations in Bangkok as you pass from the international to the domestic gate area of the airport. Upon arrival in Chiang Mai, follow the signs for International Arrivals, collect your bags and go through customs.
