unfortunately it's only in dutch so not usefull for all belgians, you should maybe give a try to www.adsltv.org, it has radio and tv, tv shows from all the world.

and far from free ... 1 GB disk space costs 3,99 euro's .... There is always www.uitzendinggemist.nl for those who missed a show .... it's free!

That's the problem indeed ! I suppose they have to do it for copyright reasons and the Belgian or Dutch account is the "proof" that you are a resident of one of these countries. Anyway, I'm happy to use it. Thb 200/month is very cheap and they have my most favorite channels. I also use a slingbox, and this is a good addition to it. The quality is better and I don't have to stay awake till the middle of the night due to time differences.
