Home Made Sausages

Featured Replies

Made some home made sausages today because I was tired of all that horrible and expensive staff you can get out there.

I have used sheep casings and some very good german sausage ingredients, pork shoulder and pork belly. lucky to find an old sausage filling machine here in Phuket :o .

My next "destination" will be cumberland sausages.

Here some pics:

BTW: Texture and taste are very good!

Sorry, I just ordered their last 2 hanks they still had in stock :o ,

big problems for them to get this product into Thailand, also many other products they've imported already long time to Thailand.

Looking for another source right now..............

Wish us luck!

Gerd

Some good sausage recipes can be found here:

... just about every type imaginable, including cured meats and salami.
