Does anyone know where one can buy catering equipment in Bangkok?

The item needed is a machine for filling sausages, any size will do, and stop giggling because this isn't me having a laugh, I had a call from my butcher mate in Phuket who has just opened a deli and is after this particular item of machinery and asked for my help.

I knew Thaivisa.com was the only one to consult on the issue.

I will also add that his sausages are excellent and he's also a decent chap who gave me three days work so I would like toi help him in return if I can.

In Chinagrai probably 50% of the small hardware stores sell a meat grinder/sausage stuffing machine. I think they run around 4 or 5 thousand baht. Probably not as good as what you'd get at the web site but probably cheaper. I think they are available all throughout Thailand at small hardware stores.

I hope you had a work permit for those 3 days work??

Can't your girlfriend help you fill your sausage?
