swain
http://thailand.us-visaservices.com tells me that I need to purchase a PIN for setting up an appointment to apply for a tourist visa. They say there are two ways to pay one is online and one is to go to a Thai post office. They do not tell you where this mystery website is so you can pay the fee via credit card. its 20 dollars if you go to the Thai post office and only 12 if you go to the mystery website. I have gone to all the consulate sites, embassy sites, they all say the same thing. Go to the website and pay for this or go to the post office. why wouldn't they give you the link to the website that lets you buy the pin? Very frustrating!!! lectito
On the page you gave, http://thailand.us-visaservices.com , click "Visa Info and Appointments". Click that you agree to their Terms. Set up an account. Leave the "Pin Purchased at Post Office" blank. Submit your details. You are then offered an opportunity to purchase a PIN online. swain
Thank you.. I have read from many other users that they could not find this option as well. Really bad design if you ask me, unless they WANT you to do the post office option and they are making it hard so you will go there. Not sure of the motivation if thats the case.. I am most likey being paranoid.
