90 Day Reporting - Thoroughly Confused

I've searched the postings but I'm still unsure .....

I have a one year multiple entry Non Immigrant B visa and my wife and daughter have the type O multi-entry 1 year visa. I understand that although it's a one year visa, each period of stay can only be for a max of 90 days.

Within each 90 day period we will leave Thailand and return on various business/private trips. Each time we re-enter we get another 90 days on the passport stamp, so each stay is never over 90 days.

Do I also need to report to immigration every 90 days?

I'm also applying for a Work Permit now my business has BOI approval. Will this change anything in relation to visa or reporting?

You do not have to make Immigration address reports if you do not stay longer than 90 days at a time.

If you qualify for Immigration one year extensions of stay your family would be able to obtain the same type of extensions. Other than that no change in reporting to Immigration.
