Questions About Non - O

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I recently recieved a Sinlge Entry (It is marked 'S' and I assume that means single entry) Non-Immigrant O Visa. I am going to Thailand to live as a pakhow for 10 months and then as a monk. I have been trying to figure out how my visa works but now it is just so confusing. How long does this visa last for? Do I have to re-apply in Thailand? If so, after how long? Will I need to get stamps every so often? If any one could please explain this situation and how it works, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Sincerely,

Alexander1

Monks in the Temple should have the necessary immigration department contacts to get that 90 day visa extended to suit your needs.

As said you will receive a 90 day permitted to stay stamp on arrival. Later you will extend your stay with Temple help.
