Apart from that, is there any chance of the Pattaya Daily News ever getting an English-speaking reporter?

What on earth are you implying :D The reporter in question most likely has a BA in English language. His nonsensical style of writing surely makes him an ideal candidate as a political speach writer :o

The mind boggles to know that the editor of this so called English newspaper is the editor - no shame!

Here's hoping for a speedy recovery for one and a speedy trial for the other.

Well I spied the uninjured Mr. Paul driving his truck around central Pattaya this morning (Sunday 7th). I wonder what is going to come of this case...do the police have to wait till the injured fella recovers sufficiently to file a criminal complaint against this guy before they arrest and charge him with attempted murder?

I know the guy couldn't have been charged and bailed as he's basically broke (except for his condo).
