Headless Corpses

Featured Replies

Three headless corpses have turned up on the beach between Phala and Payun, maid says they're Burmese not Thai.

:o <deleted>'s going on

It must have been a Ferang that found them. I can't imagine the Thais bothering with anything that washes up there. I was probably some poor sod that got wrapped in pastic bags and drowned.

Sorry, thats not really fair. It's only parts of the beaches that are covered in rubbish.

burmese fishermen (workers) being enslaved into work and killed, if they demanded money. The bodies are the warning for the other workers.

if it was mafia/government work the body would be disposed on a crocodile farm, under the ruble or drawned

:o

Lance: "Hey Captain, what’s that?"

Willard: "Death card."

Lance: "What?"

Willard: "Death card. Letting Charlie know who did this."

Same, same!

:D

Yeah one body as a warning but 3???????

Think there must be more to it than a warning being put out.

hmm I must have missed the reports of this in the Thai press ..... have a link?

if there are reports they might be only in thai, in the local papers and not on the front pages. Some papers might not write about the crime as not to scare the tourists, some others are payed by the local fishing companies. Even if they find a body, especially headless or migrant worker, the police doesn't have to inform the press.

I would think those murders are so common that are not reported and are a tip of an iceberg (many more bodies are never found)
