Establishing A Company In Thailand

Hello and first of all thanks for this great forum

I would like to setup a company in Thailand close to Bangkok and i am not sure about the best way to do this.

Is there a chance to open up regional offices cause i still have a german incorporated (well it's called GmbH overhere) and

of course i would need a working permission i guess (sorry, don't wanna start a visa discussion here).

In general my plan is to hire around 5 local journalists to start an online publishing network, which means i would create jobs.

What would be the best way to do this (also in terms of taxes and working permissions) and how much do i need to invest?
