Adsl Service In Samutprakarn

Hi Guys,

I am thinking of applying for ADSL service and looking for some help from you guys who may be current users. I got two choices in hand. TOT and TRUE. My question to your good self is which is the best service in Samutprakarn area? I am from Wat Namdaeng, Srinakarin area. So far what I learned is TRUE is expensive than TOT and most people go after TOT. My intension is to use skype and call my home in SriLanka. how is their service quality for VOI and overseas?
